SE ABRE EL CASO A LA OPINION PUBLICA

The Case Is Opened To Public Opinion

Despues del hecho, la Secretaria de la Defensa Nacional
(Mexico), decidir=EDa que este caso ten=EDa que ser del dominio
p=FAblico, ya que nuestro gobierno en atencion a la pol=EDtica de
transparencia de informacion asumida desde el comienzo de su
gestion as=ED lo establecer=EDa.

After the fact, the Secretary of the National Defense (Mexico),
decided that this case needed to be in the public domain, now
that our government is employing a policy of freedom of
information, [in Spanish it says, "transparency of information"]
it has maintained this openness since the beginning of its
management of this case thus establishing it. [policy of
openness]

De tal forma que el d=EDa 20 de abril, el Lic. Jaime Maussan seria
llamado a las instalaciones de la Defensa Nacional, para un
primer encuentro con altos mandos de las fuerzas armadas de
nuestro pa=EDs, para darle los pormenores del caso y dos d=EDas
despues, se le entrego copia en video del encuentro del avion
MERLIN C26/A de la Fuerza Aerea Mexicana con la finalidad de
llevar a cabo la investigacion pertinente y su posterior
conocimiento a la opinion publica en los diversos medios de
comunicacion de nuestro pa=EDs y el mundo. Todo esto con la
aprobacion del Gral. Ricardo Clemente jefe de las Fuerzas
Armadas de Mexico.

It came to pass that on April 20th, Jaime Maussan received a
call to go to one of the installations of the National Defense
Deptartment for an initial meeting with high ranking members of
the armed forces of our country. The meeting was set up in order
to brief himon the details of this case and two days later, he
received a copy, in video format, of the encounter of the MERLIN
C26/A airplane of the Mexican Air Force, with the explicit
mission to carry out any pertinent investigations and to
distribute subsequent findings to the diverse communication
media members of of our country and the world. All this was done
with the approval of General Ricardo Clemente, Chief of the
Armed Forces of Mexico.

Posteriormente el sabado 1ro. de mayo en las propias
instalaciones de la SEDENA (Secretaria de la Defensa Nacional)
se realizo la entrevista a los tres principales testigos del
caso.

Subsequently on Saturday, May 1st, 2004 at one of the
installations of SEDENA (Secretary of the National Defense) I
conducted interviews with the three of the main witnesses in the
case.

El piloto, Mayor Magdaleno Castanon Munoz, el operador del
radar, Teniente German Mar=EDn Ram=EDrez, y operador de "FLIR" el
Teniente Mario Adrian Vazquez Tellez. Quienes, sin ning=FAn tipo
de censura, dieron ante la camara su testimonio, en donde quedo
de manifiesto su profesionalidad como gente capacitada para
operar y trabajar equipos especializados as=ED como por supuesto,
los pormenores de este sorprendente caso, que, seguramente,
cambiara la manera de ver el fenomeno de los No Identificados.

The pilot, Major Magdaleno Castanon Munoz, the radar operator,
Lieutenant German Mar=EDn Ram=EDrez, and the "FLIR" operator,
Lieutenant Mario Adrian Vazquez Tellez. Personnel who, without
any kind of censorship, gave testimony before the chamber, where
their professionalism as people who are highly qualified to
operate highly specialized equipment became manifestly clear,
along with the details of this surprising case, which, surely
will change the way we view the UFO phenomenon.

LA INVESTIGACION

The Investigation

Lo que se aprecia en la grabacion de la camara "FLIR",
definitivamente no tiene que ver nada con aviones, aves,
fenomenos meteorologicos, papalotes, globos atmosfericos,
estrellas, planetas, luces de la tierra producidos por
movimientos tectonicos, estrellas fugaces, etc. Convirtiendose
en un verdadero desafio para todos aquellos que de verdad deseen
traer luz a este caso que promete convertirse en uno de los mas
importantes de la historia de la investigacion del fenomeno
Ovni, ya que por la calidad y capacidad de los testigos as=ED como
su formacion academica y militar queda establecido. Amen de que
el caso se soporta en un impresionante video que fue tomado con
equipo sofisticado y sustentado por lecturas de radar.

What appears on the recording of the "FLIR" camera, in the final
analysis, does not have anything to do with airplanes, birds,
weather phenomena, atmospheric globes, stars, planets, lights on
land or anything produced by tectonic movements, shooting stars,
etc. This has become a real challenge for anyone truly desiring
to bring light to this case that promises to become one of the
most important in the history of the investigation of the UFO
phenomenon, the quality and competence of the witnesses, as well
as their military and academic expertise has been established.
They love the fact that the case is shored up by an impressive
video that was taken with sophisticated equipment and supported
by hard radar data.
