Stephen Bassett is a political activist, lobbyist and commentator working to bring about formal disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence. He is based just outside of Washington, DC.

He publishes four websites: Paradigm Research Group is the main support site, X-PPAC is the political action committee, Disclosure2003 is the congressional campaign site, and Citizen Hearing is a PRG project in development.

He's based in Maryland.
