Richard
Hall is a legend in the serious study of UFO phenomena and
a well-respected researcher among his peers. He's a former Assistant Director
and Acting Director of the National Investigations Committee on Aerial
Phenomena (NICAP), and consultant to the University of Colorado UFO Project,
sponsored by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research. He is a former
editor of the MUFON Journal and past Chairman of the UFO Research Coalition
(UFORC). He maintains his own website.
