MARSH POINT LIGHTS
CORNWALL, ONTARIO
SEPTEMBER 1845

In a small village called "Mille Roches" near Cornwall, Ontario in September of 1945 an old farmhouse was surrounded by a number of bright moving lights. The phenomenon was seen often enough that neighbouring farmers formed a group to try and solve the mystery, but they never did. According the publication 'New Dominion Monthly' the sightings were sometimes accompanied by dull explosive sounds.

UFOs had been reported in the vicinity of the Niagara hydro installations. Airport officials reported enormous circular balls of light drifting overhead. Another craft over 100 feet in diameter was spotted over the Clay sub-station, a strategic installation that channels power from Niagara Falls to New York City. ROBERT SUFFERN
BRACEBRIDGE, ONTARIO
OCTOBER 7, 1975

On October 7, 1975 Robert's sister called him about a "fiery glow" near his barn and though it was a fire. After checking his barn and finding no fire, he encountered a large disc-shaped object blocking the road on his way back. Before he could bring his car to stop the disc took off.

A little later, a small figure with silver suit and helmet stepped in front of his car and ran into a field.

On December 12, an OPP cruiser arrived with 3 military officers who apologized for the UFO landing and explained that it was a mistake. They further explained that both the US and Canadian governments had intimate knowledge of aliens since 1943 and were co-operating with them. The officers proceeded to answer all the Suffern's questions provided they keep the information a secret. From 'UFOs in the 1980s' by Jerome Clark.
